Your parcel may arrive between 1-3 days from the purchased date. Days are counted on working days Monday – Friday.

We will email you a link and tracking number to track your order. Click here to directly track your order

If you as the customer experience a defect on quality, you are eligible to exchange the product as follows:

Costume jewellery 3 MONTHS warranty: 

  • All costume jewellery

Fine and Exclusive jewellery 1 YEAR warranty: 

  • Sterling silver jewellery
  • Swarovski jewellery
  • Freshwater pearl jewellery

You may:

  1. Exchange for the same or another product of the same value.

Warranty process:

  1. Contact us
  2. We will email you a return form to include in the original package.
  3. We will arrange for a courier representative to collect the returned item..
  4. The product will be conditioned inspected upon arrival
  5. We will send you your repaired/new product
  6. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to be delivered upon exchange.

If you as the recipient of a product from The House of JD are unsatisfied with a purchased product, you are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the delivered date. Please contact us and follow the required steps. It is short and simple.

After the 10 days only exchanges are permissible through the 30 or 60 day warranty protection.
